The Objective
Our team was tasked with supporting the essential aspects of the HollyDaze Festival in Coquitlam B.C. Hollydaze is a Christmas themed event organized by the Austin Heights B.I.A.
We needed to successfully provide and setup over 90+ tents with walls and sandbags, 150+ tables, 300+ chairs, and setup other items such as garbage cans, heaters and makeup mirrors.
With 1 full day to setup beforehand, our team worked efficiently to have everything complete before sunset. Over the course of 8 hours, our team of 6 crew members worked tirelessly to complete the job at hand.

Setup Day
Each tent required sandbags and wallls installed. The tents also needed to be placed correctly according to the festivals layout plan.
The Festival
The Hollydaze market was a complete success – and the weather was perfect.
The Takedown
With no time the next day to takedown the festival, our team needed to remove the all of the festival equipment the same night.
Starting at 9PM our crew worked hard to get everything off the street so that traffic could pass. By around 1AM, we were done. In just 4 hours we had packed up a festival that spanned a full city block.
With a bit of help from Me n Ed’s pizza dropping off some pizzas for us, the team was all smiles after the takedown was complete.
